Our factory arrange seven steps for assembly. There are over a thousand parts in a loader. I will talk about assembly of major components.
Since there are many steps of assembly, report mechanism fits here the most.
For example, if the worker in the first step makes mistake, and worker in the second step finds out, the first step will be punished and the second step will be rewarded; for example, when the worker in the fourth step finds a problem made on the first step, the workers in the first, second and third steps are punished, the workers in the fourth step will be rewarded. But if a worker commits try to gain reward by deliberately messing the job done by other workers, he will be fined $200 for the first time and expelled if it happens again.
